My name is Jaclyn Foreman and I am ACE certified in personal training and have an educational background in exercise science.  I specialize in weight training, resistance training, stability ball exercises, mat pilates, and even bridal boot camp! 
 
I am here to help you lose weight, tone, increase strength, or just improve your overall fitness.  I implement a personalized program based on your goals, current health, and fitness level.  To avoid plateaus, I change your routine after two weeks to maximize your results and keep your program fun and interesting.
 
I travel with my equipment, or we can use what you have at your disposal.  I generally travel with a stability ball, free weights, exercise mats, tubing, and a core disc.
