Bridal Bootcamp

Bridal bootcamp is a fitness program designed for the busy bride in mind.  It offers 4, 8, and 12 week programs to fit any brides schedule.  Each program incorporates stretching and relaxation techniques to clear your mind during this hectic time, strength training to tone and sculpt, and cardio/ab training to shed those unwanted pounds. 

 
So take care of yourself during this special yet chaotic time!  Exude confidence on your special day!

 

Packages also available for group instruction so bring a friend (bridesmaid, mother, fiance, etc.)!

 4-week program: starting at                $490 for Individiual

  • maximal gains in minimal time
  • intense, requires an extra day of workout than the other programs
  • 4 days a week of strength training and cardio/ab exercises
  • at least 4 days of stretching

8-week program: starting at

         $735  for individual

  • 3 days of strength training and cardio/ab exercises
  • 2 days of whole body workout and 1 day of upper body workout
  • at least 3 days of stretching

12-week program: starting at

         $1120 for individual

  • 3 days of strength training and cardio/ab exercises
  • 1 day upper body, 1 day lower body, and 1 day whole body
  • at least 3 days of stretching
