1 Hour Training Sessions
Each session includes three facets of fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Cardio training is to help the heart stay fit and healthy. Strength training helps with muscular strength and endurance. Stretching exercises increase the body's flexibility and helps prevent injury. A session lasts about 1 hour unless otherwise specified by the client.
Individual Sessions
1 session: $35
8 sessions: $245 ($30.63/session)
12 sessions: $350 ($29.17/session)
24 sessions: $695 ($28.96/session)
*Addtional $5 per session charge for travel over 20 miles.
